Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, you can either:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • In the original packaging

Note: A ₹25 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund in case of a return.

Important: Do not send any items back without requesting a return first. Returns without approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@uniberry.in so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your refund (minus ₹25 return charges) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
